Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Admin@theanimallife.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Unit 1/31 Constance Ct, Epping VIC 3076. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us and must purchase their own returns shipping label. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll ship your exchange item. If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll contact you to discuss alternative options.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale unless deemed faulty.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind on custom or personalised items.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
